Tom Thumb was established in 2007 with the aim of taking some of the stress out of traveling with small children. We remember visiting our own family in Edinburgh with young children a few years ago and the difficulties we had in organising the necessary bits and pieces for them when we got here.
Again we have experienced the anxiety caused by arriving in a strange place, only to find that your stroller, which you have struggled to bring with you, has been damaged in transit.
We hoped therefore, that by establishing Tom Thumb we could make life a little bit easier both for people coming to holiday in Edinburgh and for those having young children to stay.

Tom Thumb offers:

• Hire of all the essentials including pushchairs, cots, travel cots, car and booster seats, highchairs etc - for the full range please check our pricelist.
  
  
• Choice of car seats and pushchairs to suit customers' differing requirements.
  
  
• *Discounts for longer hire period or for large orders*
  
  
• A guarantee that all items are thoroughly checked and cleaned before each hire period, and are regularly replaced.
  
  
• Hire of items for as long or short a period as required.
  
  
• The option of either collecting the items yourself, or having them delivered to wherever suits you best.
  
  
• Delivery within Edinburgh and beyond (please see 'Home and Away')
  
  
• 'Essential kits' - these can include any necessary items that you feel you need, such as nappies and wipes - the choice is yours!
